Prospect of an international financial center for HCMC

Abstract:

The goal of promoting the strengths of Ho Chi Minh City, which is considered as a special urban area, and the prospect of an international finance center for Ho Chi Minh City will come true if they are supported by a developing and integrated market economy. Therefore, Ho Chi Minh City economic structure need to be adjusted towards suitable modernization. Accordingly, it is to implement effective solutions for exploiting financial resources to constitute a corresponding financial center, along with flexible and sensitive uses of relevant regulatory tools. It should also be emphasized that the success of the above idea cannot be made without an effective economic policy that creates a breakthrough for the process.
