Determinants of business performance in Dong Thap province-based SMEs

Abstract:

The study aims to examine the impact of factors affecting business performance in small and medium enterprises in Dong Thap province. The author conducted the research through two phases: qualitative research and quantitative research. In addition, the data analysis method was selected by the authors for Logistic regression analysis to analyze the current situation and factors affecting the business performance of enterprises. Research results show that: Policy mechanism is the factor that has the strongest impact on business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, followed by the ability to react to the business environment; material and human resources; competitiveness of enterprises; access to capital and community responsibility. In addition, the author proposes some key solutions to help managers improve the business efficiency of small and medium enterprises in Dong Thap province.
