Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Human Resource Training in the Logistics Industry in Southern Vietnam
Abstract:
The study of factors affecting the effectiveness of human resource training in the Southern Logistics industry in Vietnam is an empirical study at the Southern Logistics Joint Stock Company (Sotrans). This study applies both qualitative and quantitative methods, with 250 survey samples of Sotrans employees. To measure training effectiveness in this study, the author uses qualitative and quantitative research methods with statistical tools such as exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Cronbach’s Alpha test, Pearson correlation and regression analysis to ensure reliable analysis results. The results show that after data analysis, there are five main factors affecting training effectiveness including: (1) trainee attitude, (2) lecturer, (3) learning motivation, (4) training content and (5) support from management. In which, trainee attitude is identified as the most important factor. The study provides insights into the current situation and proposes necessary management implications to optimize the effectiveness of human resource training for logistics enterprises in Vietnam, especially in the Southern region.
