Selection Decision of Cold Storage Services by Enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City
Abstract:
With the expansion of the food business, cold storage services in Vietnam have increased in both quantity and quality. Researching the elements that influence cold storage service provider selection is critical for assisting industry companies in optimizing performance and meeting consumer requests. This study uses Exploratory Factor Analysis and Binary Logistic Regression to analyze data from 200 enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The findings highlight six main characteristics that influence selection decisions: tangible facilities, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, price, and provider relationships. In addition, the study suggests six management implications that are consistent with these findings and will assist cold storage providers in improving service quality in the future.
