Factors affecting the sustainable export development of Vietnam's logistics services to countries with free trade agreements
Abstract:
The study identifies the factors and their impact levels on the sustainable export development of Vietnam's logistics services to countries that have signed free trade agreements by using the partial least squares structural model method to test data including 218 logistics service companies in the Southeast. The results show that the government's support policy factor has the strongest impact, followed by regulations on sustainable logistics services export development, sustainable commitments in free trade agreements, and financial resources. The factors of social responsibility, human resources, and technological innovation do not affect. Thereby, proposing some policy and management implications to promote the sustainable export development of logistics services.
