The relationship between organizational culture, digital transformation and performance of trading businesses in the Mekong Delta

Abstract:

This research builds and tests conceptual model to explore the relation of organizational culture, digital transformation and Firm performance; assess the impact of organizational culture on digital transformation and firm performance, the impact of digital transformation on firm performance. Carrying out a survey of 215 IT and managerial staffs of Mekong delta comercial firms, using quantitative method by PLS- SEM analysis; The research results confirm that organizational culture has a positive impact on digital transformation, digital transformation improves firm performance.
