Factors influencing turnover intention among accountants in Binh Duong Province

Abstract:

The turnover rate among young people is high, particularly in the accounting industry where employees often face the challenge of maintaining high accuracy in their work and coping with significant work pressure, leading to an imbalance between work and personal life. This study investigates the effects of work pressure on work-life balance and the intention to quyt among accountants. The research findings indicate that work pressure can negatively impact work-life balance and increase employees’ intention to quyt. The study also offers managerial implications to help organizations reduce turnover among accountants and promote a better work-life balance for their employees.
