Factors influencing the Dynamic Competitive Capability of 4-5 star Vietnamese brand hotels in Khanh Hoa Province

Abstract:

Research on factors influencing the Dynamic Competitive Capability of 4-5 star Vietnamese brand hotels in Khanh Hoa. The sample size for analysis consists of 250 surveys using SPSS 22 and Amos 22 software. The results indicate that all six proposed factors positively influence the dynamic competitive capability of Vietnamese brand hotels in Khanh Hoa, with decreasing levels of impact as follows: Business orientation capability, Creativity capability, Organizational capability, Application of Science and Technology capability, Marketing capability, and Learning Orientation capability. Based on these findings, the author proposes several implications to enhance the dynamic competitive capability of Vietnamese brand hotels in the future.
