Thực hiện chính sách phát triển doanh nghiệp kinh tế tư nhân tại Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long

Sau 35 năm đổi mới, với chính sách phát triển kinh tế tư nhân của Đảng và Nhà nước ta, doanh nghiệp thuộc khu vực tư nhân đã đạt được nhiều thành tựu to lớn, khẳng định được vị trí, vai trò quan trọng của mình đối với sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội chung của đất nước. Cùng với sự phát triển đó, doanh nghiệp thuộc khu vực tư nhân tại các tỉnh, thành trong vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long cũng chuyển biến tích cực. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng thực hiện chính sách phát triển doanh nghiệp khu vực kinh tế tư nhân, bài viết đánh giá thành tựu, hạn chế và mạnh dạn đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm góp phần thực hiện hiệu quả chính sách phát doanh nghiệp thuộc khu vực tư nhân tại các tỉnh, thành trong vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long.
Abstract:
After 35 years of renovation, with the private economic development policy of Vietnamese Communist Party and government, the private sector enterprises have achieved many great achievements, affirming their important position and roles to the overall socio-economic development of the country. Along with those achievements, enterprises in the private sector in provinces and city in the Mekong Delta region also changed positively. On the basis of analyzing the actual situation of implementing policies on business development in the private sector, the article evaluates the achievements as well as limitations and boldly proposes some recommendations to contribute to the effective implementation of policies developping private sector enterprises in provinces and city in the Mekong Delta region.
