Tổng quan tình hình thương mại Việt Nam sau gia nhập WTO và những khuyến nghị

Bài viết nêu lên thực trạng hoạt động thương mại của VN trên các lĩnh thương mại xuất nhập hẩu hàng hóa và dịch vụ kể từ sau gia nhập WTO. Dựa trên các nguồn số liệu thứ cấp được thu thập từ Tổng cục Thống kê và sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính nhằm nêu bật tình hình xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa và dịch vụ của VN trong giai đoạn 2007-2021. Cụ thể, kim ngạch xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa và dịch vụ, hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu và thị trường xuất nhập khẩu của VN. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu của VN trong giai đoạn 2007-2021 đã đạt được nhiều thành tựu đáng ghi nhận và đặc biệt cán cân thương mại đã thặng dư kể từ năm 2016 cho đến nay. Bên cạnh đó, bài viết cũng nêu lên một số vấn đề đặt ra đối với hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa, dịch vụ của VN nhằm làm cơ sở đề xuất một số khuyến nghị góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động thương mại của VN trong thời gian tới.
Abstract:
The article outlines the current status of Vietnam’s trade activities in the fields of import and export trade of goods and services since joining the WTO. Based on secondary data sources collected from the General Statistics Office and using qualitative research methods to highlight the import and export situation of Vietnam’s goods and services in the period 2007-2021.Specifically, import-export turnover of goods and services, importexport goods and import-export market of Vietnam. Research results show that Vietnam’s import and export activities in the period 2007-2021 have achieved many remarkable achievements and especially the trade balance has been in surplus since 2016 until now. In addition, the article also mentioned some issues posed to Vietnam’s import and export of goods and services serve as a basis for proposing a number of recommendations to contribute to improving the efficiency of Vietnam’s trade activities in the coming time.
